Zayaz housing corporation has a renovated entrance area. A few years ago, BiermanHenket designed the transformation and interior design of the entire building, turning it into a contemporary office. The layout has been adapted in response to new insights concerning service and the addition of the new company logo.
Zayaz' openness and customer-orientedness is now reflected in a modest and clear reception desk at the entrance to the office, where the new corporate identity and logo have been subtly incorporated as a print. In addition, there is now a piece of furniture where tenants can be received. This piece of furniture incorporates acoustic material behind perforated bamboo: a sustainable wood species which was also used for the recently renovated staircases and the core of the building. The working lunch café has been decorated with a print on the floor-high wall. The pattern is a graphic representation of Zayaz's working area. The three-dimensional wooden houses are covered with felt to contribute to the acoustics.
