There used to be two websites - one for the architectural firm and one for the interior design studio. We have now joined all this wonderful content together into a single new website. This integrated presentation is a much better reflection of how we work: from large to small scale, from an innovative care project to a museum extension, it is all there in one easy-to-navigate website. We are showcasing who we are: an architectural firm which works seamlessly as one, with a keen eye for innovation, heritage, sustainability and interior design.

Our new website, reflecting our versatility, was designed in collaboration with Cre8ionlab. In particular, our expertise in restoration, interior design, integrated technology, BIM and sustainability are highlighted. Furthermore, the projects can be filtered on typology, specification and location.

‘The former condition of projects is shown alongside the final result, allowing us to demonstrate our approach to adapting a building or venue. Sometimes we may produce a design which is as close as possible to the original, for instance in the case of the Wiebenga Hall in the Wiebenga Complex in Groningen’, architect Janneke Bierman explains. ‘But we also show how we can change a space dramatically, for instance, in the case of the Administration Hall in the Beurs van Berlage building. This Hall may be experienced as a matter of course now, but we made radical changes to this interior, using tinted wall coverings and new curtains, removing dropped ceilings and other visible installations. The difference is enormous.’
