We are specialized in the restoration, transformation and expansion of existing, mostly monumental buildings. In addition, we create new buildings that naturally fit into the city and neighbourhood. We like to work on both large and small assignments: from urban planning, building to interior design. The interaction between people is a guiding principle in our work.

We are experienced in working with different target groups with diverse and complex programs in a multitude of sectors. We have a lot of experience in the field of living, working, care, farewell, culture, education, hotel and reception. An intensive collaboration with client and user is essential for us to be able to create an environment in which everyone feels comfortable and functions optimally. Every assignment is unique and starts with intensive consultation and an analysis of the requirements and wishes. If desired, we make a program of requirements.

Integral design

We analyze the history and values of the place. Variants are used in the design in order to arrive at optimally supported choices in collaboration with those involved. BiermanHenket's designers do not act as purely aesthetic designers or consultants, but as integrally thinking spatial designers: we are inspirations and initiators in the design process, overseeing the full breadth of the construction process. We act as a coordinator between all consultants, master the construction technology in detail and have in-depth knowledge of the latest developments in the field.
